What's included in a cleaning?

Our standard cleaning covers all main living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and the kitchen. This includes dusting accessible surfaces, cleaning floors, wiping mirrors and glass, sanitizing bathrooms, tidying the kitchen (including loading the dishwasher), and removing trash and recycling.

Optional add-ons are available for deeper cleaning, such as interior cabinets, fridge or oven cleaning, laundry service, and interior windows.

Please note: exterior window cleaning, deep stain removal, mold or pest-related services are not included.

How much are house cleaning services?

Pricing depends on the size and layout of your property. Simply enter the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in our order form, and you’ll receive a personalized quote within minutes.

As a general guideline, cleaning typically starts at around $50 per room or space, including areas like bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and moderately sized front yards, backyards, or patios.

What is your cleaning procedure?

Each cleaning begins with proper preparation, including gathering supplies and ventilating the space. From there, all areas are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, with special attention given to high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, switches, and countertops, using EPA-approved disinfectants. Our Homie Bees consistently go the extra mile to make sure every home feels fresh, spotless, and welcoming for guests.

What’s included in Housekeeping Services?

Housekeeping goes beyond standard cleaning. While you can order a one-time cleaning, our housekeeping service is offered as a recurring, subscription-based solution. It includes ongoing property monitoring between stays, tracking and reporting wear and tear, managing consumable supplies, coordinating restocking, and flagging maintenance needs—keeping your short-term rental consistently guest-ready and well maintained.

How much do Housekeeping Services cost?

Housekeeping pricing depends on the size of the property and the scope of services required. We support everything from small apartments and mid-size homes to large residential houses and estates, including properties with extensive outdoor areas that require lawn mowing and ongoing grounds maintenance. Your quote is tailored based on property size, frequency, and selected services.

What do your Design & Staging services include?

Our Design & Staging services are ideal for owners who are out of state or even overseas. We handle the entire process—from selecting furnishings and design elements in coordination with you, to managing deliveries, installation, and final staging—so your short-term rental is fully furnished, styled, and guest-ready without requiring your physical presence.

What does Smart Home Setup include?

Our Smart Home Setup includes the installation of short-term rental–compliant smart locks and approved monitoring devices in full compliance with platform policies. These solutions streamline guest check-in and access management while allowing you to remotely monitor guest counts and property activity—helping you stay informed and in control without being on-site.

Our Handyman Services cover a wide range of property needs, including general repairs, electrical and plumbing work, furniture and fixture assembly, painting, and routine maintenance—providing a single, reliable solution for keeping your short-term rental fully functional and guest-ready.
